Abstract
Paper presents a overview of research in the field of interactive CCTV networks made at the Department of Telecommunication of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Zilina. Some results, concerning theoretical and practical aspects of network planning are presented together with necessary building blocks research.
